Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
