Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight by hand or using powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and count incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Package and label items securely, adhering to strict shipping and handling guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems for inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
