Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflow during the night shift to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates and logistics staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with day shift management to troubleshoot operational challenges and optimize processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Handle emergency situations and escalations effectively during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
