Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Perform daily system monitoring, maintenance, and patch management to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop environments, printers, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, solutions, and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT upgrades and software deployments.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends for system maintenance.
