Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and relocate stock within the facility.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment and distribution using proper packaging materials.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain workflow schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize storage space and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
