Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end shipping and receiving processes to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers to schedule and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare necessary shipping documentation (BOLs, manifests).
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customer inquiries regarding order status promptly.
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of warehouse workflows and inventory management systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
