Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock and materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS system.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security and proper handling of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
