Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company regulations.
- Document production data and material usage accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
