Responsibilities
- Perform daily production tasks and operate machinery according to strict safety guidelines.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to 5S workplace organization principles.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Complete necessary documentation and inventory checks with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) on a full-time basis.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and a keen attention to detail are essential.
- Must possess a reliable means of transportation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
