Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed production machinery and assembly lines to ensure optimal output and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to identify and rectify any defects or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and other operators to meet daily production quotas and efficiency targets.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Accurately document production data and inventory counts as required by quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurement tools and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
