Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect products according to strict quality standards.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor production output and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production tasks.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets.
- Complete all required safety training and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Greensboro facility.
