Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum algorithms, Generative AI agents) to determine feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems that can handle future technological demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, and Engineering to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for cutting-edge development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.

- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or a strong background in cryptography and high-performance computing.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
