Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify viable use cases for Chronos Dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define technical requirements and architectural standards for future releases.
- Present strategic technology proposals to the C-suite and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable business insights.
- Pilot and prototype new technologies to validate feasibility and ROI before full-scale implementation.
- Mentor a team of technical strategists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a strategic technology leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product and technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Advanced Robotics.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast market trends.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
