Responsibilities
- Architect and define the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Web technologies.
- Spearhead the research and integration of emerging technologies into production environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to execute complex technical visions.
- Evaluate and select third-party technologies and tools that align with long-term futuristic goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency in all future-facing architectural designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Technical Architecture.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong background in System Design and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams through periods of rapid technological change.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Blockchain or Metaverse technologies is a significant plus.
