Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning tech capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the AI Ethics Council, ensuring responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence systems.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Generative AI, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product vision and go-to-market strategies for futuristic tech initiatives.
- Manage a budget for pilot projects and R&D experiments to validate new technological hypotheses.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology adoption and innovation.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling, executive-level manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, ethics, and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
