Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end-users, escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support interactions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our software solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
