Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory trends
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech integration, Web4.0)
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences and interfaces
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology implementation
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or Technology Foresight
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE/ACM publications)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO 21434)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
