Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating and prototyping breakthrough solutions using AI, AR/VR, and quantum technologies
- Analyze market disruption patterns and competitor landscapes to identify strategic innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and publish thought leadership on future tech trends
- Mentor junior strategists and build a high-performing innovation ecosystem
- Drive partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Rust)
