Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between engineering, product, and sustainability teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investor committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Partner with academia and government labs on next-gen R&D projects
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, HBR)
- Experience with ESG compliance and sustainable tech frameworks
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps transformation
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data science
