Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Manage and troubleshoot mobile device configurations (iOS, Android) and endpoint management systems.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement security patches and system updates.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and system changes in our CRM ticketing system.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees regarding IT policies and software tools.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or security threats.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work in the North Carolina or New York time zones.
