Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Spatial Computing) to determine their viability for our product suite.
- Architectural Leadership: Work closely with CTOs and engineering leads to design scalable, future-proof system architectures that can withstand rapid technological evolution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to ensure Apex Future Labs remains a market leader in innovation.
- Prototype Development: Oversee the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for high-impact 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting with a focus on future-forward technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Web3 protocols.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers and strategists.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Adaptability: Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
