Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, neurotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation fellows and drive internal tech scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental projects
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology foresight
