Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI) to inform strategic product roadmaps for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks balancing innovation with practical implementation timelines
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation digital experiences
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology readiness and ROI assessment
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience in agile product development methodologies
