Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead strategic initiatives for technology adoption and innovation incubation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to bridge innovation gaps and accelerate commercialization
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation portfolio performance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology strategies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor committees
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
