Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ tech disruption vectors
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolio allocation across emerging domains
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Chair cross-functional Future Tech Council with VPs from all divisions
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Drive patent strategy and IP commercialization frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum, biotech, or neuromorphic computing
- Executive presence with C-suite/board engagement experience
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
