- Resolve Technical Issues: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Documentation: Accurately document all support tickets, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and update of internal knowledge bases and software patches.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related IT field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer empathy.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
