Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to define clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track software defects with high precision using JIRA or similar tools.
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing on new feature releases to ensure stability.
- Optimize test coverage and improve the overall efficiency of the QA automation pipeline.
- Conduct manual exploratory testing as needed to validate complex user flows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and database querying (SQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
