Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and prioritize R&D investments
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and impact measurement
- Partner with product teams to incubate futuristic concepts from ideation to prototype
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience with technology valuation frameworks and ROI modeling
