Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities and revenue streams
- Advise executive leadership on technology investment priorities and risk mitigation
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
