Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum/AI/IoT
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption and disruption scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D investments in frontier technologies with 3-5 year horizons
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech convergence
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
