Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-facing product development
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive thinking and future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products/services
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong background in sustainability and ethical tech frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
