- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business strategy
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors and key stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in next-generation technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven track record in launching tech-forward products/services
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Studies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio of published foresight research or innovation case studies
