Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market dynamics
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, product managers) through concept-to-launch cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at major innovation conferences
- Mentor emerging talent in futures thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in tech sector
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives successfully commercialized
