Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive trend reports and scenario analyses for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Curate and host foresight workshops for internal and external stakeholders
- Quantify emerging market opportunities using predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into commercial strategy
