Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026's technological and business landscape
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate C-level strategy sessions using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business models
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight insights into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
