Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and space exploration
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps and market positioning
- Conduct high-impact scenario planning for disruptive technological convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Present findings to global stakeholders through white papers, keynote speeches, and executive briefings
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation incubator team
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, SWOT analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential technology curves
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of scenario planning projects with measurable outcomes
