You'll collaborate with quantum computing teams, AI ethicists, and sustainability pioneers to shape our roadmap for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech/societal trends with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership on future of work and human-machine collaboration
- Advise C-suite on strategic bets for 2026+ innovation ecosystem
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
