Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and technology pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published work in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi methods or systems modeling
