Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on foresight research initiatives
- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Produce trend reports on climate-tech convergence and biometric security
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 product launches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or exponential technologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience scaling AI/ML solutions across healthcare or logistics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of implemented future-proof products (post-2020)
