Our night shift team plays a crucial role in maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations while the rest of the world sleeps. You will be the first line of defense for our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues with precision and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on servers and network equipment.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
