Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to map 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate disruptive products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage incubation of experimental projects with $2M+ innovation budgets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership reports on future-ready organizational models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy/innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio published in industry journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
