Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Design scenario-planning models for quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership on 2026 technology convergence points
- Build relationships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to exponential change
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario planning projects
- Experience working with Fortune 500 C-suite on transformational initiatives
