Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' reports predicting disruptive shifts in AI, biotech, and energy
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire pre-IPO startups
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums as a keynote futurist
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging quantum-AI hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent practical experience
- Published author of tech trend analysis with 5M+ combined readership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ exits)
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
