- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market positioning and competitive differentiation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and environmental disruptions
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities through quarterly foresight reports
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate future-focused thinking into product development and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or forespace publications
