- Mentor 8+ engineers in cutting-edge tech stacks (Python, TensorFlow, Quantum SDKs)
- Collaborate with C-suite on R&D for neural interface integrations
- Define technical roadmap for autonomous decision engines
- Drive innovation sprints with UX/research teams for AR/VR interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in full-stack development with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in AI ethics or predictive modeling
- Proven scaling of microservices to 10M+ daily transactions
- Experience with AR/VR development (Unity, Unreal Engine)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
