- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies for commercial adoption
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership
- Mentor teams in adaptive technology adoption and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals/conferences
