Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with core business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech) to drive competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on long-term innovation.
- Executive Communication: Communicate complex future technologies and strategic plans to executive leadership and board members.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 3 years in strategic planning.
- Background: Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar digital transformation initiatives.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Visionary Skills: Exceptional ability to translate abstract future concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
