Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues.
- Configure and set up new employee workstations and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the management of software licenses and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation required for occasional on-site visits.
