Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest technology trends.
- Manage a high volume of tickets while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
