Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues, resolutions, and service requests.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a Help Desk or Technical Support role.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and networking basics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
